Hello, I’m Nishadi Samarathunge, your guide to natural wellness in Copenhagen. My journey began in Sri Lanka, where Ayurveda is not just a medicine but a way of life. Thanks to my family's deep-rooted practice in Ayurvedic remedies, inspired to explore healing beyond the conventional, diving deep into the holistic approach that treats the body, mind, and spirit.
I pursued an extensive Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery education at the prestigious Gampaha Wickramarachchi Indigenous University in Sri Lanka. Here, I embraced the comprehensive scope of Ayurveda, which spans enhancing general wellness, supporting children’s health, developing surgical skills, and offering specialised care for eye and ENT conditions. My studies also covered the detoxifying practices of toxicology, mental health treatments, the rejuvenating powers of anti-ageing therapies, and methods to enhance vitality and sexual health.
These diverse aspects of Ayurveda equipped me with a robust toolkit, enabling me to provide personalised care that addresses specific health needs and promotes overall well-being. My approach goes beyond treating symptoms to nurturing a balanced lifestyle that aligns with nature’s rhythms.
